Where products are individually numbered, each product may carry a unique identification number.

UrbanLore does not guarantee that a particular number will be available unless that number has been specifically confirmed to the customer.

5. PRICES

All product prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return/Refund Policy will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, incorrect pricing or other circumstances permitted by law.

11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
