At Lore, we are committed to fairness and transparency.

2. Exchange Eligibility & Timelines

You can exchange an item within 15 days of delivery if it meets the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains/fragrance.

  • Packaging: Original packaging, size labels, and invoice must be strictly intact.

  • Valid Reasons: Size mismatches, defective/damaged items, or "change of mind".

3. What Cannot Be Exchanged

We will not accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering.

  • Missing original packaging.

  • Requests made after 15 days of delivery.

  • Note: Only one exchange is allowed per order.

4. How to Exchange: Step-by-Step

  1. Request: Email lorekeepers@urbanlore.in within 15 days. Include your Order ID, reason for exchange, product photos, and your invoice. (Note: We may ask for an unboxing video to verify damage claims).

  2. Approval: We will review your request within 2 to 3 business days.

  3. Shipping: Once approved, you must securely package and ship the item back to us within 3 days. Our shipping partner will collect the product.

  4. Inspection & Issuance: We will inspect the item within 3 days of receiving it. If approved, your refund amount will be transferred to you within 2 to 3 business days.

If we delivered the wrong item (wrong size/colour/design), notify us within 48 hours.
